Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Processing:
Since each item is handmade by one person, processing time is 1-2 weeks depending on your project. You can then choose the shipping option that works for you at checkout. Once shipped you will be emailed tracking information. Also, once your order is shipped, it is out my hands. You'll have to contact the package carrier for any other concerns.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Production starts 12 hours after the order is placed. Items must be cancelled within the 12 hour time period or it will not go through. Failure to cancel before the 12 hour time period is up, is on YOU AS A BUYER, and a refund will not be issued to you. 

Since these are handmade items and due to sanitation reasons, returns are not available. But if there are any issues with your order, please email me or contact any of my social media accounts (mentioned at the bottom of the page). If there is an issue with your order, contact me within THREE DAYS of delivery or I cannot assist you with your issue.

Custom Orders:
If you want something that is not listed on my site, it is now considered a custom order. For ALL custom orders you have to contact me before purchasing. Please refrain from contacting me about custom orders if you are not money ready !! "But I get paid next week" THEN CONTACT ME NEXT WEEK. Once custom orders are placed THERE IS NO REFUND!! Unless there is a serious issue with your project.

For custom orders please have an inspiration picture. Having an inspiration picture DOES NOT mean I'm making exactly what's in the picture. I'll do my best to make it like the photo, and if I cannot I'll let you know in advance. I also use specific colors (refer to the color chart on a product). If you want a color that is not mentioned in my color chart it will be an extra charge.

Payment Policy: 
For custom orders you can cash app me money. If you are not comfortable with this option please let me know and I can add a product on my site for you to buy.

Product Disclaimer:
Items are handmade and due to screen settings, color variations  isn't be slightly off in person.

Service 4 Service:
I do accept service for service. So send me a message or email with your prices and I'll send tou mines and we can go from there.

Questions & Concerns:
DO NOT CONTACT ME WITH A BUNCH OF QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE NOT MONEY READY!! I do not mind answering questions or concerns,  if as a small business owner it's stressful when customers do this.

If you have any questions or concerns, COME TO ME DIRECTLY. Do not send someone to ask for you, do not make comments under my page with a bunch of questions, etc. My Dms and email are always open and I'll try my best to respond to you in a timely manner.

Placing an order with me means you accept these terms. Do not think you're going to scam or get refunds for products with no issue.
